The 130 TFX Mono Shock absorber is a gas -filled monoschy absorber, with or without internal piston depending on the model. Most models TFX shock absorbers are equipped with internal piston, only very short shock absorbers have no internal piston.
The internal piston forms the separation between oil and nitrogen, for optimum functioning of the shock absorber.

Rebound and compression
Each TFX130 shock absorber is equipped with adjustable rebound, with which the compression and rebound with one button can easily be adjusted to your wishes and requirements.
The shock absorber is built to your specifications on order, making the adjustment a further optimization of a shock absorber that has already been made to your size.
Preload
In addition, the TFX130 is of course equipped with 2 sets to adjust the preload, so that the riding height can be adjusted.
A frequently heard comment is that the spring preload changes the entry and exit of your shock absorber, but this is not correct. With the preload you determine the riding height, so that your engine is more or less pressure on the front wheel. resp. has rear wheel. Entering and spreading your shock absorber are determined by the compression/rebound.
You use adjustment of the preload to be able to adjust the adjustment to driving with luggage and/or passenger.
Warranty
TFX shock absorbers come with a 5 -year manufacturer's warranty for recreational use.
