Shipping times vary per product, we advise you to thoroughly check the estimated delivery time when ordering. We show an estimated delivery time for each single product, and we are always available in case you have any questions.
All orders are shipped through the Dutch Post (PostNL), and we always supply a tracking code for your package.
Contact us if you need shipment with DHL or UPS, we can provide these but need to calculate the shipping costs manually.
Exceptions is Greece, for which we use DHL as standard.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order, we can always add items to your order or pack two orders in one parcel if you so desire.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If the shipping box comes in damaged, please make sure to make pictures of the damaged box as well as damage to the item(s) inside. We can only handle damage claims where these are provided.
Returns: We have a 14 day return period on all un-used items, as long as they are undamaged and are shipped with the original package. We do not accept returns on Sale items. Exceptions are G&G exhausts, which are built to order and specification, and Ermax painted parts, which are painted to specification. These are built according to personal specifications and thus cannot be returned without motivation, as per the Dutch law (Art. 6:230p BW - f - 1).
During these 14 days you can check the conformity of the product, but be careful not to damage it. If the product is returned with damage we can either refuse the return or deduct the damage from the payment. We cannot reimburse for return shipping costs.

Defective products: Our suppliers warrant the product, call or email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for shipping costs.
