Sales of products

G&G Bike Nederland sells its products to both private individuals and retailers. You can order our products directly from us. You can also find and approach a dealer in your area in the "Dealers" menu on our website. We have chosen to limit ourselves to import and internet sales and therefore do not have a showroom. You can view our products via our website, via our dealers and by appointment in Apeldoorn. In addition, we can be found very regularly at various trade fairs and dealer days.

Payment, handling, delivery time and delivery

Standard procedure is to ship all orders, and on all these orders a full payment in advance applies. However, it is also possible to pick up your order in Apeldoorn, for which we require a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount. Please check the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) in the webshop, we give an estimate with each product. The ETA is the estimate of arrival at our warehouse. The final delivery date may vary by a few days, G&G Bike Nederland cannot be held responsible for variations in delivery time. 

Payment method for consumers

You can pay the amount to be paid via iDeal, PayPal or via bank transfer. Payments must be made within 15 days of ordering. Items that we do not have in stock are only ordered from the manufacturer as soon as we have received payment.

Canceling or returning an order

After we have received your payment, your order is final. If you want to cancel a final order, we will settle any costs already incurred with your payment. Cancellation is not possible if the product has been produced to order or painted in your bike's colour (tailor-made). If we are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances, you are entitled to cancellation with a full refund of your payment. Final decisions to credit are only made after the return of the products. This is based on, among other things, the condition of the parts and/or packaging at that time.
Consult with us before a package is returned, we only accept packages after written consultation and confirmation. Of course we always ensure that returns are properly resolved.
As a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day trial period on the basis of the Distance Selling Act. This means that after receipt of your product you have 14 days to view and test the product as necessary to determine whether the product meets your expectations. It is not allowed to damage the product. Within these 14 days you have the right to return the product and to receive a refund of the purchase amount.
Shipping and return costs are for the account of the consumer unless explicitly agreed otherwise with G&G Shop.
If we find damage, return can be refused or the damage will be deducted from the purchase price.
Please note that custom-made products are excluded from return, such as, but not limited to, parts painted in color from Ermax and exhausts from G&G produced according to the specifications, in accordance with BW Art. 6:230p BW - f - 1.
