A lot of Streetfighter V4 owners ask us about options for an open or dry clutch conversion for their Streetfighter. Ducati showed the Streetfighter V4 with the Panigale V4R's dry clutch conversion kit at the EICMA in 2019.
Alas, the production version not only had a closed clutch, but a closed clutch with a one-piece clutch cover. Where the Panigale V4 and V4S have a modular (two piece) clutch cover, consisting of the engine cover and a separate cover over the clutch itself, the Streetfighter has a combined piece.
Luckily there is a solution, to be found in the Ducati Performance product range. A magnesium engine cover, that replaces the stock part and allows installation of either a dry clutch conversion kit or an open clutch cover.
