Reimbursement policy

We use a return policy of 15 working days after receiving your order. This means that after receiving your Article 30 days you have the time to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you have received it, not damaged or mounted, with labels, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have been accepted, you can return the product / products to us. Items that are returned to us without requesting a return are not accepted.

Damage and problems

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Then we can evaluate the problem and solve it for you.


Warranty

We stand for the quality of our products, not only during sales but also in the long term. All accessories have a year of warranty on production and material errors, on G&G exhausting even a two-year warranty. Even after the warranty period has expired, we will do everything we can to solve your problem as well as possible.

On Motobatt, a 12 -month warranty applies on factory errors. This concerns, for example, a defective cell in the battery or material errors. This warranty does not apply to usage errors or consequential damage, for example due to a defective voltage regulator or by deeply discharged when used. Practice shows that most batteries die due to usage errors, such as too deeply discharged (eg do not charge on time or restart). With a warranty claim on your Motobatt battery we always need the battery for checking, which is checked for a professional diagnostic charger.

Retreat

We follow the legal standards with regard to returns. Consult with us before a package is returned, we only accept packages after written consultation and confirmation. Of course we always ensure that returns are neatly solved.
As a consumer, you are entitled to 14 days of trial period based on the Law This means that after receiving your product you have 14 days to view and test the product to the extent necessary to determine whether the product meets your expectations. It is not permitted to do damage to the product.

Within these 14 days you have the right to return the product and get the purchase amount for the product refunded. Of course, the product must be returned in the original packaging, the original packaging is not sent, the return will be refused. Make sure the product is well packaged, so that no damage can be caused during the return shipment. If we detect damage to the product, return can be refused or the damage will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Shipping and return costs are for the account of the consumer unless explicitly agreed otherwise with G&G Shop.
Make sure that customized products are excluded from return, such as, for example, but not exclusively, color-sprayed parts of Ermax and exhausted exhausts produced by G&G, in accordance with BW Art. 6: 230p BW - F - 1.

Unfortunately, items in the sale or gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Exchange

The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item that you have and to buy the new item separately once the return is accepted.

Legal cooling -off period of 14 days in the EU

Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for whatever reason and without giving reasons. Just like above, your item must be in the same state as in which you have received it, not worn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You also need a voucher or the proof of purchase.

Repayment

When we have received and inspected you, you will be notified of this and let us know if the return has been approved. Upon approval you will be automatically reimbursed within ten working days via the original payment method. Remember that it can take some time before the Bank of Credit card company has processed and poured the reimbursement.
