Our exhaust set for the Ducati Multistrada develops a particularly heavy sound, which fits perfectly with the Multistrada. Deep and sporty, without being over the top, and with a very heavy bass tone. The setup with two separate exhausts sleekends the tail of the Multistrada, emphasizing the sporty background of this allroad.
The set comes complete with all necessary mounting materials, including a complete kit to replace the original license plate holder mounting bracket. Assembly is easy to do and of course all necessary assembly materials plus an English installation manual are included, as well as the certificate of homologation. If desired, we can take care of the installation, please contact us for the possibilities.
The muffler sleeves are available in Polished Stainless Steel, Black Stainless Steel, Titanium and Carbon, with an optional choice of two different end caps (not applicable to Carbon).
There are various stories around Ducati about the need for another ECU. For all motorcycles, it is sensible in any case to check that the fueling settings are still in order with every modification done to the inlet or exhaust route. With Ducati this applies even more strongly, since most Ducati's are hefty two-cylinder engines.
G&G exhausts are designed to be used without modifications. However, it is always advisable to do a run on a Dynojet bench, just to be sure. A run is cheap and provides the correct information to come to a decision.
We recommend that you always have the fueling adjusted. Although it comes at an extra expense, it delivers well more in driving pleasure than it costs in money. Besides that, this also ensures that you're getting the most out of the investment in the muffler set, resulting in more fun and better driveability.
A specifically written map is always better than a universal computer. No two Ducatis are exactly alike, and that difference is enlarged by different exhausts being mounted on them, and a 'universal' ECU only solves that problem marginally.
A G&G damper set plus adjustment of the original computer is always the best solution, and in the cases a lot cheaper.
Better and cheaper, with a heavy sound that makes Ducati and G&G a good match.
