In MotoGP and WorldSuperbike these ducts are used to guide Extra Cooling Air to the Brake Components, in order to reduce Brake Disc Temperature and Brake Pad Feeding, resulting in 30-40% Better Cooling of the Brakes. Race-ready Components Like Brembo Monoblocs Have Been Avlessable For The Street For Some Years Now, And Are Standard On Some of the Top-End Models, Like the M50 Monoblocs On The Panigale S, the Brembo Monoblocs On The Cbr RSV4RR.
